Bangkok XXIII - Flooded District

Inspired by the universe in The Windup Girl by Paolo Bacigalupi.
One part of the city could be underwater with a shanty town on top ( I like shanty towns )
This was based on a sketch, 3D, then photobashed with a lot of painting:)
